What this is

Portfolio Analyst reads your broker statements, sorts your holdings, writes an analysis in plain language, follows the news on what you own, and answers questions about your portfolio in a chat that can also do things for you.

It supports your own decisions. It never holds or moves your money and does not place trades.

This quotation covers a founding licence to Phase One (analysis), set up for you and your accounts, with ongoing use and support.

What set-up includes

• Your sign-in and your profile: experienced investor settings, including your position limits and event-window rule.
• Your accounts detected from your statements. There is nothing to configure by hand.
• Your real statements loaded: CSV, Excel and PDF from each of your brokers, with the PDF reader checked against your actual documents.
• Weekly broker reports by email set up with you, so new statements flow in after each Friday close without passwords or broker API access.
• Your watchlist built from your holdings, with related names (competitors, suppliers, sector ETFs) suggested automatically.
• News tracking across Bloomberg, BBC, CNBC, CNN and Fox News, plus official release dates from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Federal Reserve.
• Email alerts for major news and new statements, and a weekly digest, set to your preference.
• A walkthrough with you on your phone and desktop.

What the monthly licence includes

• Use of the platform on desktop and phone.
• Statement reading, holdings sorting, duplicate and concentration flags, portfolio health score, and written analysis reports on request.
• Daily news checks and event-date tracking for your holdings and watchlist.
• The assistant: ask anything about your portfolio, upload a statement, run the analysis, pull the news, manage your watchlist and alerts, all from the chat.
• Hosting, security, backups and the AI usage behind all of the above.
• Fixes and small improvements to what is live, and support by email or WhatsApp.
• Export of all your data at any time, and deletion on request.

Not included Quoted separately when you want them

• Live prices, valuations and exchange rates. These require a licensed market-data feed. Fee passed through at cost plus set-up when added.
• Phase Two: trade execution. Placing trades through your broker is a separate engagement with its own scope, security review and price.
• Additional users or client accounts. This licence is for your own use. Use with your clients is priced separately.
• New features beyond Phase One. Scoped and quoted as separate work.

Important notes

• The platform provides analysis to support your own decisions. It does not give personalised investment advice or recommend buying or selling, and no outcome is promised.
• Figures come from your statements. The analysis checks itself against them and flags any number it cannot match.
• Your data is yours. It is held in your account only, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Terms

• Set-up fee payable before onboarding begins.
• Monthly fee payable in advance. Either side may end the licence with 30 days' notice. Your data remains exportable until the end of the notice period.
• Intellectual property in the platform remains with Muhammad Asmal Artificial Intelligence Development L.L.C.
• Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
